Riverside employs around thirty permanent staff. We are very focused on staff development and we offer competitive employment terms, combined with flexible working hours.
Our staff vary in age and experience, from those who have recently graduated, to those nearing retirement. This leads to a very healthy balance, which is rarely achieved in a high technology industrial company. Currently ten of our staff are Chartered Engineers and we actively encourage others to pursue professional recognition.
We also encourage our staff to expand their capability and do not artificially restrict the progress of individuals. We very rarely use contract staff, as we believe that this can be detrimental to the long-term support of our clients.
We do not normally recruit through agencies but through direct application by letter or email. We are keen to recruit both new graduates and experienced personnel and can assure applicants that we will respect the confidential nature of their application.
